On March 18 04 Gary Holman is quoted in "Monday Magazine" as saying.
"The containers used to hold waste must be certified leak-proof and
those containers at that station are certified."
This statement is NOT true: the top picture, taken at the GVM, shows a
truck used to haul garbage into the station; it is NOT leakproof - it's
not even covered.
The bottom picture was taken on May 05th 2004 at the GVM also.
Note
the buckets and large tub under the so-called leak proof garbage
containers.
Also: Note the garbage on the ground! AND the surface is NOT
"impermeable"!
