The picture above shows garbage stored 6 feet from my fence at 140 Lee Road. The CRD says that this is LEGAL! Lee Road is situated at the top of the Lee's Hill Watershed. Lee's Hill contains many farming operations and residential lots. The area is zoned RURAL!
